At Stoov, we want you to feel the warmth of our products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Register Your Return

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Stoov

Place the product back in its original box along with all accessories, including the battery and charger, ensuring everything is safely secured.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand over your package at the nearest carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
